Versatile Image Library Manager and Thumbnail Generator The product image upload process has also been enhanced. You can now upload your photos to an image gallery and then choose which image you would like to associate with any product. Our new image system will now automatically generate a thumbnail image for the product as well, speeding product entry, and eliminating the need to resize images for the thumbnail display. New Product and Category Manager We have completely redone the pages for entering products. The new interface for product entry is now one page with the ability to add questions and variations (now called line items) with the click of a mouse. The streamlined single page has convenient tab controlled data entry fields. New Tax Exempt Status for Individual Products You can now choose to tax exempt an item that is not taxable on a product by product basis. You may sell goods or services that are not taxed in a particular state. An example would be any food product in Texas. Now, you can choose to exempt a particular product from tax calculation during checkout. New MSRP Fields for Individual Products Building product value is important to any store. The MSRP (Manufactures Suggested Retail Price) feature has been completed. You can now choose to display an MSRP as a strikethrough on the products page. You also choose the verbiage that explains the price such as "Retail Price", "Similar Product", or "Competitors Price". New Database Import and Export The Store Manager now has a new "Inventory Import / Export System" which makes it easy for you to create and modify products from your online store. You can add 1 to 10,000 products in just a few moments. The new system was built to give you an instant view of your inventory. It was built with the power to download, modify and update your products within minutes. To see all of these features for yourself, from within the Store Manager, select a store and go to your "Inventory" section. Real-time Sales Statistics! We've added the ability to see real-time statistics on each of your Stores when you login. You will notice that all data is real-time, refreshing your data (F5) will show you instant statistics for your store. Data included in this section gives you information on the last 24 hours in sales, abandoned or unfinished shopping baskets, page views, and sales totals. All New Data Import/Export The inventory import function for bulk uploading products has been completely revised and is much easier and more reliable. We've also added an inventory EXPORT so you can "round-trip" all your data! Download existing inventory, make changes, upload the changes, and repeat, as often as needed. The inventory EXPORT is in response to some of you that asked for an easy way to backup your all your product information, too! Private Store capability You can now restrict your store and only allow registered users entry. (You define the users from the store manager). This is perfect for distributors, clubs, or any group where shopping should be restricted and not allowed to the general public. PayPal Option now available! Now you can accept credit cards WITHOUT having your own merchant account using the popular 'PayPal' system. Click on Back Office Payment Processing for details!
